It monitored 9 express delivery service companies across 50 cities. To evaluate satisfaction with the service, the survey collected 175,000 valid samples and utilized methods such as online surveys, with customers who used express delivery services last year evaluating satisfaction in five aspects. The survey also collected 7.82 million valid samples to evaluate parcel delivery time. |
